This right here is my baby. I've been working on this project intimately for the past two years, and it's by far the largest, most complex project I've ever designed or been a part of. Right now it's a hole in the ground at the intersection of Broad and South streets in Philly, and unless you've been living under a rock your whole life, you know that these two streets are two of the most prominent in the city. The images here are primarily conceptual and show some of the process, but a couple are the final renderings we've given the developer. The project is a mixed use building with apartments on the upper floors and dining/retail on the ground floor. Should be a bangin' building when it's finished in another 13 months.
